Roommates & Occupancy

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. The maximum number of occupants per apartment is a maximum of 2 persons per bedroom plus a child under 2 years old will be allowed to occupy a unit or as may be restricted by applicable state or municipal code. Our guest policy is that anyone not listed in this lease cannot stay in the apartment for more than 7 days in one week without our prior written consent, and no more than twice that many days in any one month. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
